How I Work With Couples
I tend to blend a combination of Communication Skills Training and Emotion Focused Therapy when working with couples. I have found that providing my clients with simple and proven techniques for healthy communication allows for immediate growth within their relationships. When a couple is ready, I integrate deeper, more emotional work into the sessions to help clients reach any expressed goals for increased connection, trust, or intimacy.
